Smoothie Surprise For Mom on Mother’s Day

To inspire Mom in the right direction, why not serve her this delicious Smoothie made with her new Nutribullet to start her day. It is full of anti-ageing anti-oxidants which deliver great skin and health benefits.

Blueberry Boost Smoothie

Ingredients

• Small handful of baby leaf spinach
• 100g frozen/fresh blueberries
• 1 slice of fresh pineapple
• 3-4 slices of fresh ginger and a sprig of fresh mint
• 1 teaspoon chia seeds
• 1 teaspoon mixed seeds
• 1 teaspoon maca superfood powder
• 1 teaspoon raw honey(optional)
• 100ml pure water or full cream plain yoghurt or almond milk.

Method

Blend all ingredients together in the Nutribullet for about 30 seconds and enjoy a power packed drink that will sustain you until lunchtime.
