How do I register for the vaccine?

  1. GET ENOUGH SLEEP – Sleep builds memory. Get 7-8 hours, especially the night before the exam. Avoid late night cramming
  2. STUDY SPACE –  it should be comfortable and calming. Avoid social media and the use of cell phones
  3. STUDY GROUPS- can be effective and provide answers by sharing ideas
  4. EXPLAIN CONCEPTS – take turns to explain difficult concepts to make them more understandable for all
  5. PRACTICE PAST EXAM PAPERS – Mark yourself strictly
  6. REGULAR BREAKS AND EXERCISE – 5-10 minutes every 90 minutes . A brisk short walk outside will provide more oxygen to the brain to resume studying.
  7. SNACK ON HEALTHY FOOD – Take care of your body and mind. Eat more fish, walnuts and dark chocolate. Avoid sugary foods which will cause an energy slump.
  8. PLAN YOUR EXAM DAY- Drink water and take extra pens and pencils with you. Dress comfortably and keep warm.
  9. TAKE DEEP BREATHS – Take 5 minutes in the morning to focus on your breathing. Deep breaths will increase your oxygen supply and sharpen your focus
  10. READ THROUGH THE EXAM PAPER BEFORE STARTING TO WRITE –  this will benefit you and your mind will process what you are reading and it will help you to plan your time more efficiently.
