With 5 mg zinc, helps to maintain the body’s immune function. Vitamins C and E and selenium are major antioxidants, protecting the body against free radicals by quenching them and assisting the body’s defence system. Folic acid helps with the formation of red blood cells, which transport oxygen to all body cells, keeping cells functional and thereby assisting in the immune response.
